INSTRUCTOR
Walk The Nordic Way is based on the Isle of Wight.
Sue Whitmarsh trained with Nordic Walking UK in 2013 while living in Dorset and had several years teaching and planning walks in the North Dorset area.
She set up again on her return to the Island in 2018.
When Covid hit, she took a break from teaching the technique to concentrate on her art business.
'I love walking, and in 2024 I walked around the Island in 4 days with my friend Caroline.
This was an amazing experience and I enjoyed every minute of it. I couldn't have done it without my poles!
I had people asking me along the way about my technique and this gave me the incentive
to start teaching again.
I am so glad I did!
To see and hear how much my clients are enjoying the fitness walks is such a reward.
We are amazed at how quickly, walking ability and fitness improves in just a few weeks.
I am very much looking forward to 2025 and meeting new walkers.
I am qualified and insured.
And keep up to date with online first aid courses.
